The perfect dress for school, special occasions, and everyday play!  Designed by a mom and a dad.  Mom wanted something twirly, comfortable and easy to wash.  Dad wanted something easy to get on his chubby, big headed toddler.  Designed with a scoop back for quick on and off, and higher neckline for modesty.
