Navy twirl shorts

Our twirl shorts are perfect for layering under dresses and skirts.  Mila loves to mix and match her twirl shorts and dresses for school.  Sometimes they coordinate, sometimes they don't, but she's always covered when she practices cartwheels on the playground.  Our twirl shorts are high waisted for extra bum coverage.
