RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At tugboat & the bird online, your satisfaction is our top priority. All items are inspected thoroughly for flaws prior to shipment. If you are unsatisfied with your items for any reason you have 14 days from the date on your receipt to initiate an exchange or return. If it is a holiday item, return must be initiated prior to the holiday.
Please send your return to our store address at 318 North Park Avenue, Winter Park, FL 32789. Once your return/exchange has arrived at the store, we will issue a refund, or send out the exchanged item. Please email tugboat@tugboatandthebird.com with your order number if you have any questions.
All sale items and presale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No price adjustments will be given for past purchases with sale items. Holiday items cannot be returned after the holiday.
GIFT RETURN POLICY
All gifts are eligible to be returned for a store credit within 14 days of purchase with the gift receipt. We will issue you a one-time store credit card or coupon code via email for the amount of the gift returned once the merchandise has been returned. Original purchaser’s credit card cannot be refunded. Please email us with any questions.
SHIPPING POLICY
Our standard flat rate shipping charge is $9.95. All oversized items will be indicated on the website and shipping costs will vary accordingly. Please leave a note on your order for gift wrap and/or expedited shipping requests.
