Shipping & Returns
At tugboat & the bird online, your satisfaction is our top priority. All items are inspected thoroughly for flaws prior to shipment. You may return damaged items within 30 days of the date on your invoice. We will gladly exchange your item(s) or refund you in the original form of payment.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 772-226-5379 and we will email you a return label. Please note:
- All products must be returned in their original, not-yet-worn condition with all tags attached.
- Include a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return.
- Drop off at applicable shipping facility.
Exchanges are easy with tugboatandthebird.com. Simply return the items that you don’t want and place a new order online, or call us at 772-226-5379 and we will be happy to assist you. Once we receive your exchanged item and deem it eligible for a return, we will gladly refund your card in the amount of your purchase.
If any exchange is due to a mistake on the part of tugboatandthebird.com or because of a quality issue, we will gladly pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. Just call us at 772-226-5379. Charges for shipping incurred on exchanges made for reasons other than quality issues will be the responsibility of the consumer.
All GIFTS are eligible to be returned for online store credit within 30 days of purchase with the gift receipt. We will issue you a one-time coupon code via email for the amount of the gift returned once the merchandise has been returned. Original purchaser’s credit card cannot be refunded.
